The antibody OCD of autoantibodies in patients with OCD has been associated with an increased risk of remission and improved treatment response. However, the specific anti-neuronal antibodies and the rate of their occurrence in these patients have not been well established.

We present a case of antibody OCD in which intensive multi-modal treatment led to rapid and sustained remission. This article aims to raise awareness of this potentially overlooked subtype of OCD and proposes a structured clinical approach for detection and management.
